TELKOM ACCOUNT CANCELLED BUT HANDED OVER TO COLLECTIONS EVEN WHEN ON DEBT REVIEW

I went under debt review in 2018 and the court order were granted and approved. In 2020 I cancelled my Telkom Account. Telkom defaulted my account for an outstanding amount which they never contacted me about. It's unacceptable as I am under debt review and should not have been listed or handed over due to the court order. I have had no contact from Telkom to say there were an amount outstanding and this is total only now from MCS Collections and that means I have been listed on ITC even with a debt review court order in place?
