TELKOM ACCOUNT CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE

Most *********** service ever. I have been to Telkom Canal Walk service centre on 5 occasions and received proof that my account has been successfully cancelled a year ago. Telkom continuously sends me accounts and debt collectors demands. Phoning them and giving proof on numerous occasions means nothing. I am considering laying harassment charges and find them the most ridiculously *********** organisation I have ever dealt with. I will never after 20 years of having an account do business with Telkom again and will spread the word as far as I can. Beyond useless and a total waste of time!!!
