Telkom Account cancellation impossible

Cancellation of account seems impossible. Sent in cancellation on 5 April 2018 and spoke to the call centre 5 times and nobody cares to assist. Call centre only escalates. Went to Telkom shop and they only escalates. Dare not to pay and you will be black listed. To add to this dont care issue, nobody acknowledges cancellation. How can I get acc ********** 57348 cancelled?
