Telkom Account Cancellation Frustration

Why is it so difficult for the Telkom Call Centre to understand that I AM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT USING THEIR ONLINE FUNCTION! I am sure that there is still an actual form that you can fill in, add the necessary attachments & email to whom ever is responsible for account cancellations? Or not?
