Telkom Account Cancellation

Canceled my Telkom land line on the 28 July 2018 to serve the months notice in August. After countless calls to confirm that my account was cancelled and that no further payment would go off in September 2018, to no surprise it did. This is totally ridiculous, you follow all their procedures and waste your time calling them to ensure that everything was done correctly but they still to get it wrong.

If possible, avoid doing business with them.
