Telkom account

I am super frustrated.telkom removed my number from my number I’ve been paying for the whole of 23months now.and gave me a number I don’t know .my job is on the line since I can’t get my line back.

Star tech one on their outsource did nonsense on my account and couldn’t even provide me with a call recording to say who initiated that,and to me it’s **********. I spoke to 10 of their consultant who couldn’t assist Phemelo Mphahama - she could provide any assistance and couldn’t transfer my call to manager nor escalate my issue Tony Venter-he is a manager and wouldn’t assist and bold enough to tell the agent to say he is off from work Ntokozo,lungelwa and alli spoke to hanged up on my call. Lerato Nyathi -team leader escalated to waiting for feedback ever since Neo Ntuli who refused to give me complaints email and managers contact but he at least didn’t hang up. Today I access my bank app,work and client due to Fikile Shabalala who removed my numbers from my telkom account and provided with a new one which is hanged on the system and the it desk is battling to rectify
