Telkom account

I app**** for a contract in 2012. I decided to cancel the contract the very next day and had never collected the device or anything for that matter.

Now in November 2020 i'm being billed using the service. they sold my debt to an attorney but i cant provide me with the attorney's contact details because they also dont know what attorney they sold it to. So i cant even make payment to settle the account.

Never the less. I paid the account via EFT to Telkom mobile and now im struggling to get a paid -up letter.
