Telkom account

Good day I have been battling now almost 3 and a half years with this account that was canceled 3 and half years ago Day still phone me and told me that this account has been send to the lawyer. I have send them so many proof of payment invoices and email response from telkom to Stade the account is paid in full. And day still phone and send emails through.
