Telkom Account

I got retrenched and I wasn't able to pay my Telkom mobile account....of which they took my account to NuDebt, I made arrangements with NuDebt to settle my account of R2500.00 which was settled this year April....Only to find out this month that I owe Telkom R1750.00 because the account was not closed and it increases monthly still.

Logged a ticket, to find a message today saying ticket has been closed that time I haven't received any call from Telkom as cashier promised....Am confused as NuDebt promised to closed that account...Please help I can't play that amount while paid.
