Telkom ****

I subscribed to a Internet contract that works on pay as you use the internet at R399. per month, agreement, no monthly contract debit order, no pay no internet. After 6 months internet increased increased by 30% from R399 to R509 per month and I did not get notification or statements, i went to their office ( at lest 15 time) at Cresta but they can only print statements and they get someone from accounts department to call me. the call comes and you hear they are from Telkom and the line goes dead( i did it for 5Momths). I Tried to to contact their accounts departments over 6 months to find out what is the increase for, i am a pensioner cannot afford that amount and after a month of trying i wanted to cancel the contract on internet and all their login sites do not work. All emails are return to sender, I eventually got a email from a staff member at Cresta Branch and it went to a person in Telkom Business Department and they contacted me by email and i gave them permission to cancel my so called per internet contract and now i have been Hounded by a so called credit department Blake and Associates and a Judgement is pending, i hope they will a have in the meantime got over 60 ex telkom clients that has given me affidavit's that they can not cancel their contracts. You can go to any meeting witch i do and just mention Telkom and it is a Joke,
