Telkom abusing clients and *****ing from them

So my telkom account comes to an end I'm in areas and I finish paying it of I then go to telkom to get a different account and at the same time I cancel the old account but what does telkom do they don't cancel it instead they keep it open and keep charging me for a service I'm not even using it is now 3 months since I have cancelled that account and I have not used it but no I'm still getting billed every month for data I'm not using so I would like to know from telkom why are you billing me for an account that is supposed to be cancelled.
