Telkom - absolutely useless call center and service

My husband and I have been trying to move ourTelkom account for over 2months to a new place we purchased. We attempted previously and had no luck. The call center is useless and we must have done and on-line application about 5 times already as every single time we told they can not see anything on the system. We receive the sms’s That a consultant will be in contact but no-one ever contacts you. We have waited long periods of time on a call to them only to be told, please do the move on-line. Eventually we gave up and tried to cancel the entire package. That too seems to be a problem. We must have done this cancellation on-line a number of times again and we are still waiting for a call from a consultant, Telkom, absolutely useless services and useless call center consultants. Why have them as a consultant if they can’t assist and tell you to do the applications on-line. And the Telkom store is even worse, no luck at all there either. If it’s so tough to do anything on Telkom, then we done having a land-line and any sort of adsl or fiber package through them. We are certainly unhappy with the service.
