Telkom absolutely useless

If you are thinking of joining Telkom think again…. Absolutely horrible experience, my contract has been suspended since the 18th of April. Made a payment a payment on the 18th and still no uplift from the suspension I have tried calling countless times to resolve the problem but every person that I talk to says I need to wait or they say they cannot help. I have gone in to the Menlyn branch but they cannot help as well. It has been two weeks and no one can help resolve the issue. I will cancel with immediate effect (if I can get a hold of anyone).
