Telkom absolutely poor service

Telkom service is absolutely the worst you will ever come across, I've been having issues with telkom since the 20th of December with no help from the contact center at all, all they do is push you back and forward. The problem I have was occurred due to the so called "technician". Till now no one has been able to assist me and here I am a paying loyal client that gets this kind of service l, absolutely shocking . I would never recommend telkom to my worst of enemies. Poor poor service, the worst I've come across . Paying for a service that does not work ! I will continue to write me reviews everyday until I get help from telkom! I've spoken to Amanda Mphele, spoken to Siphumelele Thabetha today and no help whatsoever!!!
