Telkom - absolutely disgusting service

Upgraded my fiber line and now have no internet connection for 4 days. You hold for so long to speak to a consultant and then get cut off. Have university students in the home and as a result using expensive cellular data for them to be able to work online. Been with telkom for over 20 years. Maybe it’s time to move to a provider that appreciates my business and is willing to give support.
