Telkom absolutely bad service

I requested to move my adsl line almost 3 weeks ago... No contact was made what so ever and then I phoned. they said they will get into contact with between 14 to 21 days... I phoned telkom and followed up on my order. A consultant said they will get back to me within 24 hours as the system was off. I phoned again and then apparently my case have been taken up. A day later telkom phones me, but keep quite and say nothing. When I phoned back again, my details was taken and it was said again that they will get into contact with me. How is this acceptable for a service which I am paying for?
