Telkom! absolute *******!

Telkom has the worst service ever. I called in to cancel my ADSL and landline to which they said i need to do it on the online portal. I logged in requested for cancelation and up to now nothing. its almost a month later. now i will have to pay for a bill which i wanted cancelled!!!

please go with other service providers. Telkom does not care for their customers.
