Telkom absolute Bad Service

•10/05/2019 - I asked Telkom to move our line to another address. Was given a reference number:- ********** 28A •03/06/2019 - Nothing yet, Called again – Was asked to give them another 5 to 7 Working days - Given another reference number:- 217839 •10/06/2019 – Called again - Was told that the system was down and could not check, but they will phone back within 2 hours •12/06/2019 and still no Callback or anything else. •One Month with nothing – But they took my Money?
