I have to say, consultant by the name of Andile at Trade Route mall is so useless and rude to clients. He literally refused to assist me since i didnt have my id book. Advised him that i misplaced it and i only have my drivers license with. I asked him to show me their policy that states that they cannot assist clients without ID book even if they have a passport or drivers license. That guy is not fit to be dealing with customers period.
