Telkom a waste of money and time please stay away

I would not advise telkom to anyone rather join vodacom or cell c or mtn if you want a cellphone contract I was debited on the 31st Of January 2023 today yesterday my phone went off I called telkom today 21 February 2023 and was advised by Tebogo Mhnongo from telkom call centre that they can do nothing because they debited me 100 short and I must just wait to month end then the phone will go on my Question to her was this my mistake no so why should i now sit without a phone they can do nothing after saying I want to speak to a manager she tells me she will escalate the issue my Question what type of employees are working at telkom as she's clearly not competent to deal with Queries please employee people who can do the work properly
