Telkom a typical banana republic bandit organisation

Telkom is the usual banana republic service provider. A year after being connected they told me 'ooops, we invoiced wrong for this and that, here is a R3000+ bill' on top of your monthly debit order. Is it now my problem the fools invoiced wrong? Imagine any provider can come up a year later with an invoice and say 'oops, forgot, pay me or else... After being in contact with Telkom many weeks ago to dispute it, nobody got back to us even we were promised. Following up the matter did not work out either. Then Telkom made an attempt to take the funds from the account without having the dispute resolved, we knew that was coming and blocked it. Another week later and attempts to get things sorted they suspended the line. For all I care we don't need a Telkom line anymore, cell phone and digital will do. Wishing them an SAA situation just like other state captures companies.
