Telkom-A thing of the past...

I have been a Telkom Mobile customer for a long while now. I have looked passed many other bad experiences I have had with telkom but enough is enough. Their service standard has dropped immensely! 1st I make an eft payment than the next day I get debited again?! Further from here u spoke to a call centre about this and still. What is the use of any service because it is clear that no matter who you speak to Telkom Mobile will still behave like a divided organisation. Every call is a waste of time!
