Telkom! A telecommunications company that can't communicate!!!?

Once again Telkom doesnt disappoint in being *******. After 10 months of fighting jumping and begging for assistance because of Telkom overcharging me they have gone silent yet again. Complaint centers don't answer (this might be a clue of the sheer volume of people complaining). Sms complaints and dispute lines dont come back. And no call center has a clue. If someone in Telkom is reviewing this please for the sake of my sanity phone me, smoke signals will also be appreciated as I never get feedback. The conclusion of this review is if Telkom send you a letter about free upgrading and you've thought about it be warned you will be ******** by them.
