Telkom a "Telecommunication Company" A JOKE!!

<p>Firstly, there is no way to get in contact with telkom in anyway online...,, how can this be as a service provider who call themselves a telecommunications company and have also had the monopoly of this title for many years?? This is perhaps the answer to my own question. I have been trying to get in contact with telkom after receiving bills for a confirmed cancelled cantract since February and NO ONE has returned my account queries. I cannot and will not pay for services not provided. </p>
