Telkom a tale of two updates

after numerous Facebook , twitter and numerous calls. im still waiting for a technician to make an appointment with me to come repair my phone line. the facebook and twitter replies contradicte each other as the one says a technician is dispatched and the other says it must still get to the technician. the bottomline is telkom *****ing up my time and my money. i wont get both back but here we are. just spent a hour on hold waiting for a call center operator that broke the camels back and now im here. TELKOM YOU WANT TO FIRE WORKERS YET THE WORKERS ARE NOT MOTIVATED TO DO THEIR JOB. i feel sorry for you and the country.
