Telkom, a service provider without service!

And Telkom is still unprofessional. Waiting for more than a month for my ADSL Line. Technician installed it on Monday but didn't connect the service because he is waiting for telkom to provide the CBS number or something. Went to the Telkom shop today Again, they couldn't assist me and sait I must phone 10213. They keep on saying that they are offline and that i must phone within the next hour. Tried every hour just to hear the same message! Thank you Telkom for the poor service and for waisting more than a month of my time and airtime and petrol! I have decided to cancell my order!
