Telkom a serious *******

This is the most disgusting service I've ever got. They just decided to put an extra amount on our account. The wifi never barely works, always connection without internet. They call centers and online chats even they just drop the lines on you. I need to know when this contract expires because they overcharge us and it's no use having wifi when you must still buy data. And we need answers asap because all your communication channels is not helpful. A walk in center can't even assist you. No man this is rude and disgusting and a *******
