Telkom a ****

Telkom is just messing everyone's life up, we had a contract and we didn't want to keep the contract anymore, december 2020 we were advised to settle the balance for the router and take a month to month deal as we serve our notice which we did, our last payment was supposed to be end of January 2021, Feb 2021 we still had internet we called they said the last month was Feb, month end debit went off and we thought we were done, we called march system is down, boom month end debit goes off.

We go in the store they tell us the contract was canceled, good, 1st of April no internet, now I'm thinking we're finally done, end of April debit goes off, like what???

We call they said you don't have a contract with us anymore but the system shows that you used 10GB in April, R849 gone. Guys something must be done with this Telkom. We should all go there at the same time and demand our refunds and cancelation of contracts and debit orders, I'm sick and tires, why should it be impossible to cancel a contract with Telkom when you have done everything they asked you to do?????
