Telkom, a ******* and bad service

I’m currently on a Free Me 20 contract. On the 29th of November I took advantage of the Black Friday special and bought a 50G night surfer data bundle however whenever I’m using the data at the night surfing times it uses my normal data not the night surfer bundle. I reported the problem with Telkom on 6 December and it’s been a week now and nothing has been done about it. The bundle will expire on the 29th of December which means it will be my loss. Telkom is ripping us off.
