TELKOM A *******

<p>I was offered a retention discount by telkom, which ws renewed. the discount suddenly stopped in decmber 2016. as unacceptable as that is it gets worse. when i complained on facebook the lady called me back and said i need to speak to slaes. i did that today and after being very confused the lady tells me telkom no longer offers this. it was not something new, it just needed reactivating. how can 1 person at tlekom say sales needs to activate, and then you get sales who say its not offered. someone is providing me with bull**** information.</p> <p> </p> <p>if the discount was ging to be discontinued i should have been notified. now that no one can help me i expect anwers and my credit.</p>
