Telkom a reap off

Telkom does not even have the decency to get back or reply to customer complaints, not even to their reviews. I have been to telkom to purchase wifi router, bot I was told I need to pay 1300 of which I don't even know about . Upon asking they told me I have a contract with them many years ago and I need to pay the outstanding balance. This was never communicated with me or brought to my attention my Telkom. They cannot hold keep such data held against me. This not even listed under my profile at the credit bureau .Please remove this debt its ******* as its more than 9 years old. I expect a reply ASAP.
