TELKOM A REALLY BAD SERVICES PROVIDER

i must say this is my first time trying to use Telkom as a service provider and they S...ck. i called them concerning a line installation, about 2 week back. Today i decide to give them a call to find out whats happening to my surprise the lady told me that the order was only created today. so i gave her the ref *** i received from telkom, what she told me was shocking. \sorry sir i cant see any order with that ref no you will have to wait another 2 weeks for the installation we will keep you up to date via sms. i must say everyone in my family been complaining about telkom and their bad service now i can say i had my share of bad service with TELKOM"
