Telkom a pathetic service provider.

It's a nightmare dealing with Telkom. I took out a Telkom laptop and data contract in May 2021. The laptop was faulty and was returned to the store, when we got it back it was still faulty, and was left at the store, and I asked for a replacement or for the contact to be canceled. I went onto the website and canceled the contract. I am still being billed for the device I don't have and now I have been handed over because of the overdue account. I have tried to email and phone Telkom Customer Care but no one ever gets back to me. Pathetic service.
