Telkom - A non-service provider

I wish I didn't even have to give this one star review. Telkom deserves absolutely nothing.

I am following up on case no ***0 which was done in store, more than a week ago. I was promised someone was going to get back to me regarding this matter, and I'm still waiting. I took out a contract with Mondo early in December 2025, received my phone (Honor X7C) with Sim no *** delivered to my home address. However, after receiving my phone from Mondo, another device was delivered to my work address later in December 2025 (Honor X7C) with another new Sim- contact no *** created by Agent number ***A, delivered to my previous work address, bear in mind I didn't even sign for this one. Now after liasing with Telkom for months, I'm still battling for answers and for someone to collect the device, still sealed and in the original packaging because I have definitely not authorized a secondary phone. The worst case scenario, my line that has been DEBITED from my bank account for the last 4 months has been suspended, in my opinion ****** from my account, because I'm paying but has no benefit of what I'm paying for. I have now had enough with this going back and forth with Telkom for a mess they created, and dropping the ball like a bunch of amateurs.
