Telkom a no-show

Day 31 without service 11CRK010316. Telkom scheduled a appointment with me for between 07:30 and 16:00, it is now 16:30 and no-one has showed up or contacted me to reschedule. Still no working voice or ADSL. How useless can one company be ?
