Telkom a national disaster

Telkom internet sucks. I bought about 5 gigs of data to use during lockdown. But my download and upload speed is running at 0 to 10 kb. Just a 50mb file takes 2hours to download. What the hell telkom.? When I call them they say the covourage at my are is not good... What the hell?
