Telkom - A lesson in how to destroy a brand.

After we sold our business the Telkom account for *** remained in our name. The new owners were meant to take transfer but they couldn't seem to find the time. At one point they stopped paying so we got a settlement deal from Telkom, paid up and closed the account. TWO YEARS LATER AND TELKOM IS STILL CHASING US FOR THE R600 ODD SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. That's right. Telkom gave us a settlement deal and then reneged on the agreement. Nice business practice. That's why they are the most hated brand in SA. I'm surprised they are still going. Wake up Telkom. I've got the settlement documentation so keep passing the account on. We are onto our third recovery firm, the first two gave up.
