Telkom a joke. Do not use them for ADSL or VPN

<p>We currently have business accounts at 2 branches with ADSL and VPN lite. We app**** for and upgrade to 10Mbps this was accepted, charged for and modems dispatched. When we complained that the line was not running at 10Mbps a technician was dispatched. The technician called us and asked what the problem was. We explained and the response was the exchange only handles 4Mbps and they should never have given you the 10Mbps. Ask for your money bac**** </p> <p>I said that I was appalled and they were forcing us to try another wireless company. His response? ... good bye! </p> <p>We will not only look for a refund but also look at sueing for loss of bsuiness as the line is still not working properly and we had to decentralise our Business at great expense.</p>
