Telkom - a joke
<p>Is Telkom for real. Are there really people that work there. Doesn't seem like it. I cancelled my Telkom contract when it expired. I have phoned them numerous times to get my refund but they refuse to pick up the phone. I have emailed them numerous times but do not respond to email. The cherry on the top was the bill I got today to pay my next installment on the "contract". You're a joke Telkom.</p>
A week later and have spoken to 4 or 5 Telkom personel. Still no closer to solving my problem. Is it possible to speak to some one who actually has the ability to help me.
