Telkom A Huge Disappointment

<p>Having been informed last week that someone would come to my house today (Monday - 28 November 2016), I availed myself for the whole day whilst I patiently waited for the said. Just before lunch l started getting a bit concerned and decided to Telkom who assumed me that their technician would definately be at my place before 4pm for the installment. Noone ever came. I called again and had to hold for more than half an hour using my cellphone to lodge a complaint (***). I do not know what kind of mickey mouse service Telkom is running but my guess is this is what happens when you have a monopoly in a sector! What a disppointment, a great one and being the only landline provider its very unfortunate that l still need them to setup the line otherwise would have cancelled my order. Telkom treat customers with respect and stop this *******; after all our money pays your salaries and keeps that organisation running, do not be arrogent for nothing just because you are the only service providers! Shame on you and your pathetic service!</p>
