Telkom, a hated service provider........

How does anyone sort out the ********** service from Telkom, i have been struggling for 5 months now, even upgraded the pathetic internet service. Im at a point now where i would like to get contact details from a higher up person, because talking to the people from the call centre and shops that doesn't know anything that is going on is not going to help me! How does one get any service out of these people...
