Telkom a **** doesn't Cancel my contract

Telkom has been refusing to cancel my bill when I been contacting them long before my contract ended. almost a year ago. I keep getting billed even after spoken to several agents who said my account is cancelled and never was. I went to telkom store n called customer care and havent received help. Or is it they taking advantage of me because am an elderly woman? They are a ****
