Telkom a disgrace to Telecommunications

I paid Telkom my overdue monies through a attorney. I sent them my proof of payment. I was told when I settle my account it will close automatically.

I am now receiving accounts of outstanding monies. This I shall not pay.

I tried calling Telkom I emailed them to hear that the monies are not reflecting.
