Telkom-a disaster, joke etc etc

Lets try again,this is final. I phoned your mobile department about a contract I took out at the end of February . This was for your special-Samsung cell phone + tablet for R199.00. After all the papers etc where signed the assistant told me that the cell phone was out of stock, she would phoned me as soon as stock arrived. I have never received this phone call. After a week I phone your mobile department to tell them my problem, they said that there was nothing they could do I had to go to the Telkom shop.Taking into account that I live 36kl out of East London,I have been to the shop every week,they still have no stock.Last night I received a account for the tablet via e-mail, I was really taken a-back.I have just phoned your mobile department and after trying to explain that I bought a special off which consisted of 2 devices at one price,not a tablet at one price and the cell phone at such and such a price.Your assistant would not see the matter from my point of view especially about the sim card being activated.I was not told any of this when I signed up.Bottom line is, I am taking the tablet back to-day, my contract must be cancelled, invoice cancelled as well.
