TELKOM A DISASTER

After numerous emails and telephone calls to Telkom regarding my telephone line being ******, nothing has been done up to now. I have been paying and not using the line or network. What is worse my line does not exist which means becauase of Telkom being so useless I have lost a lot of business and still loosing.

This is wrong for them to do this. In a time like this with the pandemic and already having to retrench so many people because of not having business, they have just taken away my only link to my business and that's my telephone line. I cannot receive or make calls. I cannot access my internet, website or email.
