Telkom a disappointment

So I asked my pod up letter 3 or 4 weeks ago they have been telling me stories. First agent said after 24 hours. I called inn again I was told that they will listen to the call and get back to me but I must wait 7 days. Yesterday on the 20th November some lazy agent did not even seem like he was interested in helping me. I call in today (21st) I called and the agent told me to choose an option that doesn’t even exist, I tried again and I got an agent by the name of Nikita Naude who told me she cannot find previous interactions And her team leader is too, i then requested the team leader call me I’m still waiting for the call. Mind you, one has to wait more than 15 minutes to get to talk to an agent. I need the paid up letter and no one is willing to do their job
