TELKOM - A consumer's nightmare!!!!

Telkom SA is pathetic!

I have been trying to cancel a contract with them for the last 3months now and it is impossible to do.

Apparently it can only be done via their website on the "OLD INTERFACE" which does not work! You receive an error message telling you that someone will call you soon to resolve your issue. 3Months later - still no one has called.

I don't understand why they are able to sell/process a sale/activate a contract via the phone but are unable to cancel it via the same platform. It's just a ploy to keep you paying for longer!

I keep getting calls to offer me a contract upgrade since the original one is past its term, but no one is willing to assist me with my actual needs.
