Telkom - a company that *****s your money

I have been battling for several months now to get my refund from Telkom. I have contacted them on several occasions via email, telephone and chat app but to no avail. They have deducted money off my account for over a year for a cancelled contract but now when it comes time to pay your money back, you can't get anywhere with them.

The agents on the chat line are rude and unhelpful The agents that answer the 10210 number are just as useless, unhelpful and rude Emails do not get responded to

What must one do ?

Even after threatening to go to a lawyer - social media and such, they still don't give a damn.

They are a bunch of thieving .....@@@
