Telkom - a bunch of unprofessional (I don't even know what to call them)

I have had a problem with Telkom for the past 4 months. Their debit order should go off on the 20th of every month but I have noticed that they do not debit my account on the 20th even though there is enough money, they would wait until 25th to debit. On a particular month I had a situation and when they tried to debit my account on the 25th there was not enough money so the debit order bounced and my lines were suspended. The following month to avoid what happened the previous month I made an EFT payment but guess what I was debited 3/4 after I had made the payment. When I asked for a refund I was told that I will have to wait for 21 days to get my refund. End of June or beginning of July I phoned Telkom trying to find out why am I not debited on the 20th as I'm supposed to, I was told that it's because my account was with collections and they debit any date i.e 15,20,25,30. But I was assured that for July I will be debited on the 20th since my account is up to date. Guess what ???? 20th of July came, debit order did not go through. 25th of July came, debited did no got through and there was more than enough on my account. On the 26th of July I chatted with Telkom customer service consultant and she asked me to make a payment to make sure that my lines do not get suspended, and I asked her what if I pay and get debited again. She assured me that that is not going to happen. I paid on the 26th via EFT, on the 29th I was debited 😡😡. When I phoned them on Sunday the 31st asking for a refund they said someone from Telkom will contact me in 22 hours. I haven't heard from them since today. I phoned them again today and I was told that my case has been assigned to the manager and he/she will contact me before close of business today, but until now I have not received any call. I want my back from Telkom, I was supposed to pay my son's school fees with that money and I'm not willing to wait for 21 days. I want my money as in yesterday.
