Telkom a bunch of *******

After waiting to long for a technicians to come out and see if we can have wifi at home via a adsl line, I have decided to use another company whom installed wifi at home within a day. Now telkom keeps on deducting my account, after me phoning them several times to stop the account. I DONT HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT OF TELKOM ON MY PROPERTY NOR DO I USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. I am now about to lay a complaint with the ICASA. I regret the day I ever phoned Telkom, worst decision ever.
